Located just 5 minutes from Araçagy Beach, we offer a complete and functional apartment, full of personality and comfort, with all the amenities of a club condominium.

We are Igor and Thaís, hosts passionate about unique travel experiences, and we are happy to provide our guests with the best of Airbnb. Experience the comforts of home at Apê It's 305!

The space
Apê It's 305 has been completely renovated, furnished and decorated to comfortably meet the needs of our guests. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms (one in the en-suite) with electric showers.

In the master suite, there is 1 comfortable queen-size bed, plus a portable crib available at no extra cost. In the guest room, you choose: 3 single beds or 1 cozy king-size bed + 1 extra single bed for the third guest. In addition to all this, in the living room, there is a wonderful Tok Stok sofa bed, accommodating a total of 6 people.

For kitchen lovers, we offer a microwave, cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and complete utensils. Inside the condominium, you will also find a 24-hour self-service market (Armazzem Mateus), with everything you need for a perfect stay.

You'll also have access to a washing machine, TVs with streaming services and free Wi-Fi, plus 24-hour concierge, elevator access and a parking space.
