Our cozy, air-conditioned studio is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and function, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a small group of up to 3 guests.

🛏 A queen-size bed and a convertible IKEA Bygget sofa that comfortably sleeps a third guest (we're happy to set it up in advance, just let us know!)
🛁 En-suite bathroom with a hot shower, bidet, fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, and hand soap
🍽 Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser, cookware, utensils, and basic cooking essentials for simple meals

✅ Guest Registration:
As part of building policy, all guests must register and show a valid ID at check-in. No worries though, just fill out the digital form we send before your stay and we'll submit it for you. Simply show your ID at the concierge on arrival.
🚗 Parking:
Open parking is available beside the building (first-come, first-served), with a paid lot just across the street. Prefer indoor parking? Let us know in advance and we'll coordinate with other unit owners when available.
🧘♂️ Noise & Light:
There's ongoing construction on the neighboring lot, so you may occasionally hear some daytime activity. The unit has blackout blinds, though a little light can slip through the edges, worth noting if you're a light sleeper.
🥤 Extras:
Enjoy complimentary purified drinking water, plus a small selection of snacks and beverages available for purchase in the unit.
