Our cozy, air-conditioned studio has been thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and function — perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a small group of up to 3 guests.

Other things to note
✅ Guest Registration:
As part of building policy, all guests must be registered and present a valid ID at check-in. But no worries—if you fill out the digital form we send prior to your stay, we’ll submit it on your behalf. Just show your ID at the concierge on arrival.
🚗 Parking:
There’s open parking beside the building (first-come, first-served) and a paid lot just across the street. If you prefer indoor parking, let us know in advance and we’ll try to coordinate with other unit owners (subject to availability).
🧘♂️ Noise & Light:
The building is mostly complete with minimal construction. Occasional construction noise may occur, though it’s generally minimal and infrequent. Although the unit is fitted with blackout blinds, due to the window design and physical limitations, some light may still enter through small gaps. Just a heads-up in case you’re light-sensitive.

We provide complimentary purified drinking water and have a small snack & beverage selection available for purchase in the unit.
