The space
- Two-story beach cabin with a direct ocean view with green areas, a common terrace on the first floor and a private terrace on the second floor for the master bedroom.
-Private pool suitable for children under supervision and adults 3.5 m wide, 5 m long and variable depth of 0.8 m, 1.4 m and 1.6 m.
-Green areas for grilling or using as a picnic area.
-Parking area with capacity for 3 cars.

-In case of not bringing provisions or need something they have in Mercado de Nuevo Cañete cruando la Panamericana, they have Cañete and Chincha approximately 25 minutes away; and they have Asia 40 minutes away.
-The house already comes with everything you need to check in and enjoy. It is forbidden to carry electrical items that work with resistance due to their high electricity consumption. Ex. Rice pots, electric kettle, hair dryers, toasters, wafleras, etc.
-We have super discounts for extended term rentals from 3 nights to more.
- Consider that according to the scheduled cleaning agenda, a day between Monday and Friday the pool is disabled. The day is flexibly defined together with the tenant who booked on those days.
-Incoming and check-out cleaning is included within the renter's payment. However, it is the tenant's duty to leave the house without debris/waste on the floor, to throw away the garbage generated during their stay in our garbage container located a few meters from the house, not to leave the bathrooms with puddles of water on the floor, to enter the pool without sand on the body or in the clothes, to report any damage generated to the property of the house if any. All this is important to ensure proper house conservation.
-More than one tenant has told me that despite selecting soles as the payment currency, when the payment is executed with credit or debit cards, it is charged in dollars at the bank's exchange rate. This means that the cost displayed in the app is much lower than what your bank charges. The recommendation they gave me is to change the payment currency to dollars and pay it with a card that allows payment in dollars, preferably with only the required amount available.
