• STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the unit. We will charge Php 3,000 as an additional cleaning fee to refresh the unit if we find evidence of smoking in the unit. There is a dedicated outdoor location for smoking purpose. Thanks for your cooperation.
• If you break something, please let us know. You can either replace it or pay for it.
• Guests should expect to hear some noise during their stay. For example, traffic, construction, or nearby businesses or train passing by.
• Please note that our condo unit is not liable for any inconvenience beyond our control caused by other residents or fortuitous events such as interruption of utilities or sudden/marginal noise and dust.
