• Only the declared no. of guests are allowed in the condo. Please refrain from bringing "other" guests as the Security is strict and you will be dismissed if disobeyed. And in the event of violation, we have the right to turn away any guests and no refund will be made.

• STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the unit. We will charge Php 3,000 as an additional cleaning fee to refresh the unit if we find evidence of smoking in the unit. There is a dedicated outdoor location for smoking purpose. Thanks for your cooperation.

• If you break something, please let us know. You can either replace it or pay for it.

• Guests should expect to hear some noise during their stay. For example, traffic, construction, or nearby businesses or train passing by.
