Welcome to your own apartment right on the Reuss (river) in Lucerne! Centrally located (15 minutes' walk to the old town), the apartment offers a relaxing break. 400 meters away is the summer bar (North Pole) with swimming facilities. The apartment also has a private seating area and free parking!

The space
The apartment is decorated in the style of "Lake and Mountain" and thus offers you an authentic Swiss experience. You can end the day overlooking the Reuss from your own seat. If you want to explore the surroundings, we will be happy to provide you with free bicycles. For professional matters, a workplace with good Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a private entrance area with a wardrobe. The Lake room with double bed and Mountain room with two single beds offer plenty of storage space (2 closets). In the living area with dining table, there is a pull-out sofa bed (140x200), smart TV and a reading corner. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.

The apartment has ONE BATHROOM with a shower and sink. The other bathroom has only a toilet and a sink. Terry towels are provided.
Important: The property therefore has only one shower and toilet in total!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes (including raclette and fondue accessories) for 6 people, an oven, a microwave, a tea maker, a coffee machine and a refrigerator. In addition, coffee capsules and tea bags are provided free of charge!

Wi-Fi Internet and private parking are also available free of charge. Furthermore, the accommodation is very easily accessible on foot and by public transport (bus).

Other things to note
Behind the building runs the railway line, which is sometimes audible. The "LUZERN-FLUHMÜHLE" bus stop can be reached via a bridge for pedestrians (on one side there is a staircase) in 3 minutes on foot.
