This modern desert retreat, located on the #4 tee box of Indian Palms CC Golf Course, blends luxury, comfort, and entertainment for the perfect getaway.
Main House:
• Master Suite: Features a plush king bed with 2 portable twin mattresses that can be moved to any room for flexible sleeping arrangements. The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and full amenities like soaps, fresh sheets, pillows, and towels. The master closet includes a baby crib, video monitor, and high chair for families traveling with little ones.
• Second Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with fresh linens and a smart TV.
• Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or groups, with 4 beds, featuring 2 sets of full bunk beds and a smart TV.
Kitchen & Living:
The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances—including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all the cookware you need. The bright, open-concept living space is perfect for gathering, with cozy seating and a large smart TV.
Detached Casita:
This private studio offers a queen, full, and twin bed, along with a kitchenette and a private bathroom—ideal for extra guests or family members who want more privacy.
Entertainment:

• Home theater screen in the garage for unforgettable movie nights
• Mini golf on the side of the house for friendly competitions

Guest Access:
The Greens is located in Indian Palms Country Club, a gated community with four secure entrances. However, guests must enter through the main gate on Monroe Street, where a guard will verify your reservation. To make check-in smooth, we’ll notify the gate of your arrival on the day of check-in.
Important Tip: During busy festival seasons like Coachella and Stagecoach, the main gate can experience delays. We recommend arriving early or allowing extra time for check-in during these peak periods.
Smart Locks & Entry:
We’ve made access to The Greens as seamless as possible with smart technology:
• The main house and casita are both equipped with smart locks on their front doors. No need for keys—you’ll receive a unique access code before your arrival, so you can check in at your convenience.
• The garage door has a smart keypad for easy entry to the arcade and home theater. Perfect for quick access to your entertainment hub without worrying about keys!
Parking Information:
• The driveway and garage offer space for 2 vehicles.
• Street parking is available during the day, but please note: overnight street parking is restricted unless your vehicle is whitelisted by the owner. Non-whitelisted vehicles are subject to tickets issued by community patrol.
Need Extra Parking?
If you have more than two vehicles, we can whitelist additional cars for an extra fee of $100 per night. Please contact us in advance to arrange this, as overnight parking enforcement is strict within the gated community.
