Two-room apartment 10 minutes walk from Lake Como and a few steps from the center of the city. The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchen and a sofa, a bathroom and a bedroom.

The air conditioning is located in the living room/kitchen. In the bedroom, there's a fan hanging on the wall just above the bed.
Upon request, it is possible to use the sofa bed, for a third guest, with an extra cost.

Our place has everything you need and anything you might look for is located close by.
It is located in a elegant block of flats with a lift and is well-lit and very quiet.
The balcony, protected with awnings, is equipped with a table and two chairs to allow romantic meals outside.

Check- in is after 4pm, but, if possible, we can arrange it differently, according to the guests' needs.
