'Il Pino' is a complete unit for the stay of two or four people. It spans across three levels, offering on the ground floor a kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom. In the middle, there is a double bed and space for yoga, reading, or meditation. On the top floor, the main master bedroom with its incredible view of the Alps.

Guest access
The entire cabin and the spaces around it are available exclusively to the guests.

The unpaved road is generally accessible with a standard passenger car. However, we recommend a vehicle with higher ground clearance or a 4WD, as this makes it easier to drive over the speed bumps along the way. If your car has low ground clearance, we recommend parking free of charge on Via Romana and walking the remaining 250 m to the property.
