Our spacious, decorated space is perfect for a couple or for those who come on business. We are in the center of Lagoa da Conceição, on a quiet street, just a three-minute walk from the area's famous bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. Every detail was designed with the comfort of those who stay here in mind.

Multi-purpose balcony: You can use this space to relax, read a book and feel the breeze, or even work on your computer at the desk, closing the balcony's sliding glass door to block out any noise.
