Please note that we do not accept consecutive reservations, which means that no other guests can check in on the same day that another guest checks out. This is to allow for cleaning and disinfection of the facility for the safety of our guests.

ACCOMMODATION:
Ilaya Luntian is a secluded family rest house located at the border of Indang and Alfonso Cavite nestled in a 3,100 square meter lot. The home can accommodate 10 guests and 2 furry friends. We are located 10 minutes away from Mahogany Market, Tagaytay, making it very convenient for our guests to reach us.
The property has 2 bedrooms: a loft-type bedroom with (1) double-sized bed, (1) single bed, (1) sofa bed for 4 guests, and a treehouse bedroom with (2) single beds. Extra guests may stay in our camping tents with (3) double-sized futons, fresh bed linens, pillows, and blankets.
The house has centralized aircon which is where the loft-type bedroom is located.
We have a plunge pool that is 2x2 meters big and 5 feet deep, a jacuzzi, a treehouse, a playground, and camping grounds that your family and friends can enjoy privately. You can also enjoy a bonfire at night at the campsite.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, which is suitable for working remotely and attending online classes.
Guests must bring their toiletries and towels. We have complimentary shampoo and liquid body soap. However, towels are available for sale should you need them.
We have 2 caretakers to assist you during your stay: one to welcome and orient you during your check-in and check-out, and the other one who lives inside the property.
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES:
Our top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our guests and staff, and we have taken all necessary measures to protect guests from COVID transmission. To protect our guests and staff, we are not accepting consecutive reservations. This allows the property to be cleaned and disinfected for at least 24 hours.
After every guest, the house is sanitized using fogging chemicals, and surfaces are sanitized with cleaning and disinfecting solutions. To maintain the freshness and cleanliness of the house, guests are assured that kitchen towels, floor mats, bed linens, blankets, and pillowcases are changed after use. The pool has a safe amount of chlorine to kill bacteria and viruses and is filtered daily.
Guest access
The entire property is all for you, your family, and your friends. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. Restaurants are also 20-30 minutes away from the property, making it convenient enough if you don't wish to cook during your stay.

WE ARE A REGISTERED BUSINESS
▪︎ Maximum of 10 guests, including kids 2 years old and below.
▪︎ Base price for 6 guests and below and will increase by P650/head.
▪︎ For 6 guests and below, if you wish to set up a tent, an additional P350/tent is needed, including futons, pillows, and blankets.
▪︎ Infants (under 2 years old) are free of charge but are included in the headcount.
▪︎ We are pet-friendly. We only allow 2 pets per stay with no pet fee charge. A charge of Php 300/pet after the allowed number of pets.
▪︎ Guests who will be bringing their pets should present their pets updated vaccine records.
▪︎ We have a bonfire fee. Guests can directly pay the caretakers for this, as our caretakers are the ones to procure the wood needed for the bonfire.
▪︎ We have rescued pets living on the property. Rest assured, they will remain securely chained throughout your stay.
Please treat our home with the same respect as you would treat yours. This is a family guest house, not a hotel, so please don't expect high-class luxury treatment. There will be no room service or clean-up rooms during your stay period. Please clean up after yourself and your pets. We only have 2 staff members to clean, so let's be considerate of the caretakers.
