My family enjoys spending time by the lake and want to share our cottage when we're not using it. I'm not a Superhost because I don't rent my cottage the required 10+ bookings per year. I have a 3 night minimum and only rent it ~4 times per year. Green Lake Terrace has a nice sandy beach a few blocks away and the neighbors are very friendly.
