Located in Boise's Northend in Hyde Park, the Hyde Park Hyde Out is hard to beat location wise. Walk out your door and enjoy the restaurants and shops of Hyde Park. Grab some coffee, get a haircut, rent a bike, or have a cocktail at the local bar. Camel's Back Park is 4 Blocks away for a game of tennis, a picnic or a hike. Just a mile and a half to downtown Boise, St Luke's Medical Center, and the Boise Greenbelt. St Alphonsus Medical Center is just 10 minutes away, and the airport is 17 min.

The space
The Hyde Out was built in 1909 and has gone through several changes over the years. Most of the apartments have beautiful hardwood floors and nice touches such as murals on the walls. The property also has a nice yard with barbecues, a gas fire pit, and outdoor furniture. During the summer, help yourself to the vegetables that are grown in the planter boxes around the property.

Guest access
You'll have your apartment to yourself. The laundry is shared, as are the outdoor barbeques, firepits, and furniture. Make yourself at home in the yard.

Other things to note
Parking is on the street. There are 3 parking spaces off the alley. One is for the rear cottage. The other 2 can be rented if you don't wish to park on the street. Unauthorized cars will be towed.

Neighborhood highlights

Hyde Park is located in Boise's Northend. It is a small commercial district with restaurants, bike rentals, a hair salon, a bar, coffee shops, a bakery, a convenience/gas store, etc. The Northend has quiet tree-lined streets and is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Boise. Hyde Park is lively but quiets down by 10 pm.
