The space
Spacious and comfortable 33m² apartment in the city center, with an open-plan kitchen/living room/bedroom and a north-facing balcony, excellent natural light, well-ventilated, and a beautiful view of the city center and Praça Rui Barbosa, very close to Shopping Curitiba, in the Batel neighborhood, one of the safest areas in downtown Curitiba.
Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find everything from Hospital Santa Casa and essential services like the Nissei Pharmacy to a variety of dining options such as McDonald’s, Outback Steakhouse, Japanese and Korean restaurants, and the famous Dois Corações. For those who are studying, Colégio Bom Jesus and FAE Centro Universitário are right next door.

Access to the condominium is through a shopping gallery that connects Rua Nunes Machado to Rua 24 de Maio.
The infrastructure of the condominium is on the P1 floor of the condominium.

Use of the swimming pool is allowed during the stay
- GYM:
Released for adult use.
-SAUNA:
Women: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Men: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
Every Monday the swimming pool and sauna are closed for maintenance.
Other things to note
To check in, it is essential to send the documentation for authorization to the condominium administration;
Children up to 2 years old do not pay extra and under 18 years old must present a document and be accompanied by the parents or guardian;
The silence between 22h and 8h must be respected;
It is not allowed:
- Smoking or using illicit substances inside the studio, in the common areas of the building and in the elevator;
- Pets;
- Parties or events in the apartment;
- Sublocar;
- Use the space for informal paid work with a face-to-face client;
- Use and sleep in the apartment who is not included in the reservation and without the additional guest payment;
In the bathroom, use the trash can to dispose of paper, absorbents, wet cloths and other objects, avoiding clogging of the toilet;
Avoid frying;
In case of visits by friends or third parties during the stay, consult with the host before;
We count on the guest's collaboration in leaving the studio organized when leaving;
In case of damage to the accommodation, a fee for the cost of the item may be charged if it is not restored;
- A set of towels (per guest) and bed linens for the double bed will be provided during the stay. A set of bed linen for the sofa bed will be available only for reservations of 3 people or more, at no additional cost. Additional bed and bath linens, check availability and cost in advance with the host.
- Outsourced optional parking space inside the condominium, PLEASE CONSULT AVAILABILITY and PRICE OF the NIGHT BEFORE BOOKING!
For the use of laundry it is necessary to use the application and follow all the posted instructions to avoid damage to the machines.
Children are not allowed to circulate unaccompanied by a person responsible for the condominium and are prohibited from entering the gym.
DAS POOL, SPA AND SOLARIUM
- The swimming pool is available for guest use;
- Opening hours from 06:00 am to 11:00 pm;
- Children under 12 years old only accompanied by an adult;
- Keep the place clean to pleasant;
- Mandatory use of swimwear;
- It is not allowed to eat, drink or smoke on site;
- It is forbidden to enter the swimming pool or with sweaty body, with fattened skin of oils, creams, ointments or any other products;
- No moving in swimsuits or wet through the corridors and elevators.
A guest who disrespects the rules of use described above and in the rules of procedure may be fined.
IMPORTANT: If any of the rules are not met, the contract will be broken and the guest will have to leave the premises immediately, without refund.
