Our cove is a hidden gem: calm water, minimal boat traffic, and perfect for relaxing days on the water. Pontoon boats are common and work great here, making it easy to cruise, float, and enjoy everything Lake Hartwell has to offer.

About the water:
Lake levels on Lake Hartwell fluctuate throughout the year. Our home sits in a cove that is currently on the shallower side, which makes it ideal for kayaking, floating, and safe, calm water enjoyment. Pontoon boats navigate the cove comfortably, and deeper water is just a short ride away.

The nearest boat ramp is the Mary Ann Branch Boat Ramp in Hartwell Ga.
Spring 2026 Lake Conditions Update:
Due to ongoing regional drought conditions, the lake level is currently lower than normal. Direct water access from the property is lower than usual this year. Lake levels can fluctuate and are outside of our control. PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTO DESCRIPTIONS-CURRENT CONDITIONS NOTED FOR SPRING 2026.
