Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish 740 sq ft, one-bedroom King suite in the lower Hudson Valley. Complete with a spacious new kitchen, large main living area, cute courtyard, private washer/dryer, and workspace.
Seeing a lack of luxury spaces (for two) in the area prompted me to design two gorgeous apartments on the lower level of our home.
Two couples/four friends? Rent both apartments for a couples getaway but still have privacy and space.
The space

This large one-bedroom apartment provides the perfect retreat to relax and unwind, or a great space to work for a week while being surrounded by nature. Inside the suite you'll find high-end furniture, plush linens, pillows and towels, and a vibe that will make you feel like you're in a luxury hotel suite.
The living room features a 65" Roku HDTV, credenza with an electric fireplace, large comfortable couch, personal HVAC split system, couch counter-height table with four bar stools, lots of modern décor, and a dedicated workspace. A sliding glass door leads out to a peaceful courtyard with two chaises, the perfect place for morning coffee.
Just off the living area you will find a quaint workspace with a brand new desk, chair, and surge protector. Included is your very own private 5G WiFi. Only your devices, the iPad, and the TVs in the apartment will be on the network.
The large kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, full-size refrigerator, large coffee maker, Ninja blender, plus all the cookware, dishes, etc.
The bathroom features a shower/tub combo, vanity, and your private washer and dryer. Plush towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, as well detergent for one or two loads of laundry are included.
The charming King bedroom has a 46" Samsung HDTV with Roku player, as well as a sizeable closet with mirrored doors. And as far as sleeping... between the cozy comforter and the new mattress, you will not want to get out of bed!

Guest access
You'll have access to your entire suite and courtyard. You're free to explore the property but unless you have also rented the Studio Suite, you must stay out of their courtyard.
There is a private exterior entrance to the two suites that lead to the entryway where you will find the door to your suite.
The main level of the home and second story deck are private.
Other things to note
Booking - We rarely accept reservations for guests without prior stays and positive reviews. Some exceptions apply.
Parking - Your suite comes with one regular-sized parking spot. Only one vehicle is allowed per suite.
Getting Around - Be sure to have a car, as rideshare services are not reliable in the area. This is not a walkin/out area.
Pets - We love animals, but no visiting pets are allowed.
Network - Dedicated 5G network. Only your devices and the TVs in your suite will be on the network.
Contactless Check-in - You will be given a code that will work for both the exterior door and the door to your suite. That being said, due to recent events the guest that booked the reservation should be prepared to show identification upon request. There are no 3rd party bookings allowed on Airbnb.
People you see - My husband and I, and our boy Cooper live on the main level of the home. Cooper is a Chihuahua Jack Russell mix who is very friendly. You may see us out walking around from time to time.
2nd Suite - As mentioned there is another suite adjacent to yours across the entry way. Please be respectful to all neighbors. No additional guests without prior approval.
Cooking - Please be aware there is not a vented fan exhaust. Frying or preparing excessively greasy or smoke-causing food is prohibited.
