Welcome to your ideal getaway in the heart of Phinney Ridge! This beautifully updated Craftsman home combines classic charm with modern comforts, making it the perfect rental for families and friends alike.
The open and spacious chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream with easy deck access to a charming patio, which offers outside dining area, fire pit, and hot tub.
Walkable to top eateries, scenic Green Lake, and easy access to downtown, public transportation and all that Seattle has to offer.

The space
Classic Craftsman layout with an updated floor plan, hinting at more of an open-concept.

Enter the front door into the living room and dining room, which flow nicely to the expanded kitchen. Indoor/outdoor living achieved with the deck and backyard right off the kitchen.

The main floor also features the primary bedroom with ensuite bath in addition to a dedicated home office with another bathroom off the hallway.

Downstairs comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, each with a queen. If keeping in shape while you travel is a priority, there's a Peloton and free weights down there too. There's an additional workspace and even a movie nook also on the lower level.
