To help keep the home pleasant and affordable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay by tidying up after themselves and properly disposing of trash in the designated bins.

Consumable Supplies
Basic consumables (such as soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and similar items) are provided only as starter supplies.
Towels and bed linens are provided and are sufficient for the first two nights of the stay. For longer stays, guests are responsible for laundering these items as needed.
If any consumables run out during the stay, guests are kindly asked to purchase additional supplies at their own expense.

• The property is a townhouse located in a residential neighborhood. As with any residential area, occasional external noise from surrounding homes or nearby activities may occur, especially during weekends and local holidays. These are outside of the host’s direct control, and we cannot guarantee absolute silence.
• Our Airbnb does not have 24-hour on-site staff availability. In case of issues such as locked doors, utility interruptions, or other concerns, assistance will be provided as soon as reasonably possible, but may not always be immediate.
• Temporary interruptions in electricity, water, or internet may occasionally occur due to utility provider maintenance or unforeseen issues beyond the host’s control.
• The Philippines is a tropical country, and despite regular cleaning and pest control, small insects such as ants, mosquitoes, or cockroaches may occasionally appear. We provide insect spray and recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimize this.
• Pest control is performed regularly between check-ins to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal safety and belongings during their stay. Please ensure doors and windows are properly locked when leaving the property.
• Weather conditions (such as heavy rain, strong winds, or heat) may affect travel, noise, or comfort and are outside of the host’s control.
• Refunds or compensation are not provided for circumstances outside of the host’s control, such as neighboring activity, utility outages, weather conditions, or local events.
