This Hudson gem is situated on the first floor of a newly-renovated 1930s home where you will be close to everything on Warren. Central yet extremely private, you'll be able to enjoy the large fenced yard or sweet front porch. You’re steps away from breweries, galleries, shops and restaurants, while at the same time have the privacy to enjoy peaceful and quiet time at home. This three bedroom home is ideal for all types of guests looking to enjoy the many charming qualities Hudson has to offer!

The space
Although configured as a 2-family, the upstairs unit remains vacant while you have exclusive use of the downstairs unit. You will also be able to use the front yard, backyard and outdoor dining/hang out areas as you wish, and you will be on the only one residing on the premises. Inside the apartment are 3 bedrooms, all of which have queen beds. Our fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, has everything you'll need to cook a meal. If you enjoy cooking outside, we have an outdoor grill and pizza oven too, as well as a propane fire-pite. We have desks in two of the bedrooms as well, should you need to take calls or work. The living room is spacious, with a smart TV to enjoy a movie or a Netflix binge. Finally, we have our outdoor hang-out garage, which is set up with an oversized sectional, wifi, TV and a beverage cooler. There are laundry machines in the basement you can use as well.

The house is configured as a two family home. The Airbnb exclusive use of the downstairs apartment. You will also be able to use the front yard, back yard, and outdoor dining areas as you wish. The upstairs unit is unoccupied, so you will have full and private use of the lower unit and the grounds of the property.

Other things to note
Please note that the middle bedroom is a pass through to the largest bedroom in the back, meaning you must walk through the middle bedroom to get to the back bedroom.
