*Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.

*Pets are not allowed.

*All items must be returned to their original place prior to check-out.

*Clean as you go.

*Loud parties or events are not permitted to preserve a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and residents.

*Kindly dispose of full garbage bags in the garbage room located at the fire exit beside Unit 901.

*Used cooking oil must be disposed of in the container provided to keep the pipes clear.

*Do not throw or flush any items in the toilet.

*Floors are cleaned and sanitized — outdoor shoes should be kept in the shoe rack or by the door. Indoor slippers are provided per pax.

*Strictly no sticking of decorations or any items on the walls to avoid peeling off the paint.

*Always ensure doors are locked when entering or leaving the unit.

*Please take care of all items in the unit — any damages, stains, or missing items will be charged accordingly, as they affect usability and operation.

*Kindly inform us if pool will be used, as pool fee gets charged to our monthly association dues.
