The home is a newly built modern cabin with all the amenities you'd need. A kitchen to cook up a storm. A living room with TV and books, two coziest of bedrooms, a huge patio and a beautiful backyard to get you into that upstate of mind.

The space
LIVING SPACE:
The living area is a bright and airy floor plan that encompasses the living room, kitchen and dining room space. All of the windows showcase the wooded backyard and provide the perfect backdrop for a natural setting. There's a cozy couch and TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. There's also a great Samsung sound bar, for an enhanced entertainment experience.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses and dish ware to help prepare your meals. You can also look forward to fresh coffee in the morning from either the French-press or drip coffee machine.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, desk, and bedside table. Huge window to the backyard. On clear nights you can even see the stars from bed!
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, work area and a bookshelf with a great collection.

WORKING: Both bedrooms have comfortable working desks and chairs to make WFH amazing. And lightning fast with a fantastic broadband connection.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is a simple yet stylish space with a walk in shower, vanity and great natural lighting.

OUTDOORS:
A new 4 person dining table, a fire pit and a propane grill are available for guests to use!

TRAIL:
A well marked trail to take you around the acres of forest in the backyard.

All of the 7 acres of the property are open to explore. Only the art shed isn't open yet. Do explore the trail in the backyard forest!

Other things to note
Where you’ll be: A quick 7 mins to Narrowsburg's Main St with great restaurants like the Laundrette, Tusten Cup and The Heron plus some fabulous shopping options. 2 mins from Landers Rivers Trips that offers great water sports options in the Delaware River. Also close to great hiking trails. With the Tusten Mountain Trail just 6 mins from the house.

The house is on a picturesque road with nice walks around the property. Great walking, running and cycling.

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES:
*If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. One dog is allowed per reservation, unless otherwise approved by host (please send us a message). Sorry, we do not allow cats. Please abide by our pet rules.

*Ticks/bugs are a regular part of Upstate NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside.

*This house has a back-up generator!

*Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.

No smoking in or on the property.
No pets w/o approval, bringing a pet without approval will result in a $100 fee.
No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing.
No loud music after 9pm.

Legend has it that copious amounts of beer was carried by a rather fine gentleman to the revelers of the great Woodstock Festival at Bethel. He distributed the beer for free because he loved the music. Narrowsburg belongs to some amazing folk like him. And the bees and Bald Eagles and the bears and the deer and the turkeys and hundreds of different kinds of birds. And home to everything you love about the outdoors. Canoeing, kayaking, rafting, hiking, angling, motoring and more. The town’s Main Street hosts popular street festivals throughout the summer including the long-running art fair Riverfest and the family-friendly Honey Bee Fest, which both draw thousands of visitors.

Where we are:
A quick 7 mins to Narrowsburg's Main St with great restaurants like the Laundrette, Tusten Cup and The Heron plus some fabulous shopping options. 2 mins from Landers Rivers Trips that offers great water sports options in the Delaware River. The house is on a picturesque road with a private forest with a marked trail to do all the forest bathing you need. There are nice walks around the property that go around with an amazing view of the mountains. Great for walking, running and cycling.

Been a wanderer all my life and lived in Amsterdam, London, Seattle, Boulder and New York. Learned to host the way I'd expect to be hosted. Narrowsburg is a magnificent town with magnificent people. And House of Four Seasons works with the locals to make sure when you go back home you carry the best memories and have the best things to say about this wonderful place. During your stay We'll be available on phone and email throughout your stay. If you need in person help, just let us know and we should be able to arrange for what you need to have a peaceful stay. We will also check in once you've settled to make sure you've found everything you need.
