The space
These 2 apartments are quietly located on the west side of the chalet.
In the same chalet, there is one more studio for 2 persons which can be rented via Airbnb. The furnishings are stylish, new and comfortable. Baby equipment, games for everyone, smart TV (Chromecast, Amazon, Netflix, Disney and more), DVD and Wi-Fi are available. Enjoy breathtaking lake and mountain views from all the rooms. The historic steam railway attraction that climbs up the Rothorn can be viewed from here.

The large Apartment West spans 3 floors:

1st floor: large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony and terrace with a gas grill, guest toilet and sink.

2nd floor with 3 bedrooms with beds 160x200 cm and a large shared bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and double sink. 2 bedrooms share a large balcony and have a working desk.

3rd floor with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, balcony, a small working desk, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

The Studio Apartment is at entrance level and has a terrace and a grill. It is furnished in the same style and has a double bed, well equipped kitchen, dining or working table, sofa, TV, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

All toilets are bidet toilets (you can turn on the hot water rinse, air dryer and heated seating)

All bedrooms have blinds, night curtains, a moskito net and views to the lake and mountains.

There are portable standing ventilators, for the few hot days we have in summer. Air cools down after sunset. A/C is not common in this area.

Hike directly from the house, or take a short drive to Museum Ballenberg or Giessbach Waterfalls. Take the picturesque route along the lake to Interlaken or take the Brienzer See ship to Giessbach Falls, Iseltwald and Interlaken. Visit Interlaken, Thun, Bern, Lucerne. The nearest ski areas are Meiringen-Hasliberg, Axalp or Grindelwald.

In 10 minutes you are in the charming Brunngasse and the historic part of the village. Families like to visit the local wildlife zoo (food can be bought there). The Coop supermarket, restaurants and the waterfront promenade with playgrounds are just 7 minutes away. There is also the train station, the ship stop and the historic Brienzer Rothornbahn train.
