House Rules:
We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for all our guests, so we respectfully request your cooperation with the following:
No Smoking: Our apartment is a no-smoking area. If we detect smoking or encounter cigarette butts, an additional cleaning fee of RM300 will be charged to remove odors and clean up smoke residue. Thank you for your understanding as this helps us maintain a fresh environment for future guests.
Take Care of White Sheets/Pillowcases: We take great care of clean white sheets/bedding sets/blankets/pillowcases and hope you do too! If there is any dirt that cannot be removed after washing, unfortunately we will need to charge a replacement fee. Let's make sure this space stays clean for everyone!
No Durian or Mangosteen: Although we all love these fruits, they can leave a strong smell and dirt that is difficult to remove. Therefore, we ask that you not bring durian or mangosteen into the unit.
No Parties or Drugs: To ensure a safe atmosphere for all residents, parties and drugs are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Time: We practice quiet time starting at 10pm. Please respect neighbors and other guests during this time.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If you'd like to check in early or check out late, please let us know. We may arrange this for an additional fee, subject to availability. Standard check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out at 12 noon.

Other things to note
Just to let you know, ONLY ONE designated parking space will be provided for this unit. This is an apartment with no elevator. Don't worry; we're only on the first floor. You'll need to walk just one floor or, to be exact, 17 stairs.
Smoking is not allowed at all.
A penalty of RM300 will be charged.
Please keep it clean too. We would greatly appreciate it if you could keep the house in the same condition as when you checked in.
No alcohol, No parties, and No non-halal food. We are Malaysians; we respect each other's beliefs:)
