The space
Darling apartment within a large gated ranch. You’ll have the home all to yourself. Perfect for long term stays. Absolutely charming western bar style kitchen w/ dishwasher, dining area, and cozy living room with smart TV. 2 bedrooms with two closets per bedroom and full length mirrored closet doors, 1 king bed, 1 full sized/queen bed, one rollaway bed, and a pack and play. Laundry room and full sized washer and dryer. WiFi. Plenty of hot water. Infants and small children are welcome, however we aren’t set up specifically for them. You’re renting just the apartment, access to horses and the farm is limited to observation only. Apartment is very clean; is attached to the shop barn, and it is on a horse farm so people with allergies should expect animals, hay, shavings, tractors, equipment, a garden, etc. Please look but don't touch. Riding lessons may be available when booked separately depending on availability. There is a single step to get into the western kitchen and bathroom. Cameras are located throughout the ranch and at the gate. No cameras are in inside the apartment. No pets allowed. NO SMOKING ($500 fine including vaping and weed).

Gated horse farm with tons of easy parking even for trailers. Minutes from the Fairgrounds/downtown. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, Starbucks, gas stations (w/ diesel) and I-40 and I-44. Really an amazing property. Truly a gem in a well cared for and park like setting. There are steps to the porch and a step up to both the kitchen and bathroom.

Other things to note
Horseback riding might be available (no guarantee of availability) when paid for and booked in advance through the ranch's separate website. No pets allowed.
