Modern amenities include a 55" smart TV, in-floor radiant heat, and 30 meg Wi-Fi. Less than an hour from Denver, Breckenridge, and the Dream Stream, Bailey offers outstanding wilderness access.

The Hooked On You Hideaway will be entirely private to you. We tinted or frosted all windows to provide privacy during the day, and provided room darkening shades for privacy in the evening.

Shared Mountain Oasis
Your mountain oasis is a walkable, private, wooded, and park-like retreat. The property offers 100 feet of private Gold Medal River access just paces off the back deck. Relax in the riverside electric cedar barrel sauna and stainless-steel Japanese soaking tub.

Easy Year-Round Access
No 4WD is required for easy year-round access from Highway 285. Ample parking.

Experience quintessential Colorado in this charming unincorporated community nestled in the mountains, with beautiful scenery and a quaint, rustic atmosphere.

Guest access
The Hooked on You Hideaway is exclusively yours to enjoy with your guest. The hot tub, sauna, and nearly an acre of land, including river access, are shared with guests of the River Dome.

Other things to note
- We welcome well-behaved dogs, unfortunately, we can't accept cats.
- Highway 285 is roughly a half mile from the property, and the river can run fast at times—please keep a watchful eye on children and pets.
- The mountains are a tinderbox, so please be careful with any kind of flames.
- No use of firearms or fireworks.
- Catch and release fly fishing only with a Colorado State fishing license.
- Please do not fish beyond the section of river between the two fences that define our property—the community is very sensitive to fishing rights and maintaining the river's gold medal status.
-Unless you're booking the Riverside Dome, Den, and Tiny Home, no more than 2 people and 1 vehicle at any time on the property.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours and 14 or more days before check-in are free. Cancellations at least 7 days before check-in will receive 50% refunds for all nights. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, are not eligible for refunds.
