This property = two independent studios, each with it's own kitchen, bath, bed, dining area, and sofa. They are joined by the extra large 20m2 terrace with sitting area, 2 tables, 2 sunbeds.
THE VIEW
The panoramic sea view from Malaga to Gibraltar from Sunrise to Sunset greets you as soon as you open the door. Enjoy waking up to the sight of the sea without leaving your bed.
BEACH FRONT
The community has gates that directly access the dune path and the best beaches of the area all walking distance.
THE ROOM
Sparkling white and soothing neutrals make this 36m2 room a tranquil haven.
THE DECK
Thru the double sliding doors enjoy meals in the sun with the sound of the waves and the view of sardine fishermen bobbing in the sea.
THE BEACH AND GARDENS
You have a choice of 3 swimming pools - two by the beach, and one up in the sheltered garden out of the wind. Pools open from April to November, see details in listing photos.

Full access to private studio apartment(s) and terrace, with shared community gardens, parking and pools.
Please book for the correct number of people. No children or infants without prior permission and price adjustment.
Children may not sleep in one of the studios by themselves.

The lift is due for an upgrade and may occasionally be out of service. Please do not book if you have mobility concerns, you might need to climb a flight or two of outdoor stairs.

This community has steps, uneven pavement, and hills—not a good fit for wheel chairs, walkers, or mobility scooters
