•New 50ft dock with seating area.
•Deck overlooking the water with table, chairs and umbrella.
•High speed fiber internet and smart TV.
•New kitchen appliances. Fully furnished.
•Folding table available for dining in the living room with lake view.
•Two Adirondack rocking chairs.

Other things to note
•We have two parking spaces available for guests off the road.
•There is a public boat launch right down the road at the state park.
•Guests can dock the boat during the day if the water is calm. We request that boats do not dock overnight as our dock is brand new and we want to prevent possible damage.
