Seven bedrooms, 5.5 baths and two full kitchens sleeping 12 - one address for a whole crew, cast or team, instead of splitting people across hotel rooms with no kitchen. We host professional long stays as our main business: weekly and monthly rates, one invoice, and a four-month placement just completed for a theatre company working in Gander. Bright and beautifully furnished, with a 70" Smart TV, formal dining room, laundry, free driveway parking and Wi-Fi. The backyard was rebuilt this year - a hot tub and eight covered seating areas, usable right through a Newfoundland autumn.
