Hollybrook, an adult only retreat, is a beautiful slice of country living on a 100-acre historic farm in its own valley, just 1 hr from Wahroonga. Located in Wollombi Valley, part of the Hunter Wine Region.

The Dairy Cottage is a newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage nestled in trees and surrounded by gardens. The Dairy offers updated modern facilities for up to 4 adult guests. Enjoy large front verandah, outdoor fire pit, cosy lounge room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Air con.

The space
The Dairy Cottage features two bedrooms with ensuites - one with queen bed, the other with two king singles (can be made into a king bed on request). Both bedrooms offer quality beds and linens, including towels. Basic amenities are provided, including hypoallergenic bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, etc.), heated towel rails, heat lamp, air con. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics.
