The approximately 80 sqm ground-floor apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge with Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ included), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Two wood-burning fireplaces — one in the living room and one in the bedroom — create a warm and romantic atmosphere in every season.
Outside, a private garden with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the open air. During the warmer months, guests can access the pool and hot tub area for an even more rejuvenating experience.
The sleeping area accommodates up to 4–5 guests with one double bed, one double sofa bed and one single bed, which can be placed in the bedroom or living room. On request, an additional independent double room can be added to host up to 6 guests.
Cascina Fiorita is a welcoming, family-run property set among hazelnut groves and nature trails, perfect for those who love tranquility, outdoor experiences and genuine hospitality. Pets are welcome and free parking is available, including covered spaces for motorcycles.
Guest access
Guests have access to convenient parking right next to the house and, for those traveling by motorcycle, a covered and secure space inside the courtyard.
The apartment includes a private garden and a front outdoor area equipped for relaxation, both freely accessible. The property is not fenced, but the spaces are well arranged and defined to ensure privacy and tranquility.
During the summer season, the pool and hot tub area are available daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are shared with other guests. The pool is free to use (swim caps are required and can also be purchased on-site). The hot tub is available by reservation in case of multiple guests and, for exclusive use or outside standard hours, an additional fee applies.
Guests can also freely use the barbecue and access the surrounding hazelnut groves for relaxing moments immersed in nature.
Check-in can be done independently via self check-in or in person by prior arrangement. For self check-in, access codes for the keys are provided after guest identification documents have been submitted.
A snack box is available on-site for €15, perfect for a quick meal or a relaxing treat.
