A gated entrance brings you inside a private 1 acre compound & up a 300ft long driveway. -First floor consists of 2 bedrooms (both kings) & 2 full bathrooms, including the primary suite.
-Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & 2 twins) & 2 full bathrooms. One of these bedrooms (the king) is the 2nd en-suite bedroom.
-All bedrooms except the blue queen bedroom have a smart tv. All bedrooms have closets, dressers, high-end memory foam mattresses and high-end down pillows & linens.
- All bedrooms have black-out shades

Activity help in the off-season, happy to assist. It is our goal that you have a wonderful stay, so we will do our best to help ensure a fantastic stay and a return visit!

Pool Heating: pool heating is not included in the rental. If you would like the pool heated, we need a deposit first (heating ranges from $150-200/daily depending on the weather outside and the current price of gas). Once a deposit has been sent we will turn the heater on for you remotely, which is the only way it can be controlled. We suggest turning it on 24 hours prior to your first day of a desired heated pool.

Neighborhood highlights

Our home is in East Hampton Northwest. We are about a 3 minute walk (1 block) to a bayside beach of Three Mile Harbor where you can find many swans and bring our kayak for a fun paddle. Our home is about a 6 minute drive to the center of East Hampton Village and an 8 minute drive to Ocean beaches. We are 8 minuted from Amagansett, 15 minutes from Sag Harbor and 25min from Montauk! Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has no through traffic, making the home super tranquil and quiet at all times. Great for bike rides and stroller pushing and runs!
