Property can accommodate guest from 2-15 people including kids. However due to the building structure it may Not suitable for elderly or disabled people with wheelchair ambulatory because of the staircase. Events /party
Hi! If you’re planning to host an event at our homestay, please note the additional charges (on top of the normal rental):
RM 300 (event fee)
RM 100 (guard service for parking)
RM 250 (security deposit – refundable if no damages)
Kindly note:
Canopies are not allowed.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out if everything is in good condition.

Why we set these rules & charges
We truly welcome all our guests and want you to enjoy your stay comfortably. However, from past experiences, we’ve noticed that events, parties, family gatherings, or BBQs often leave behind issues such as:
Stains on bedsheets, walls, and furniture
Oil stains in the pool
Damages to stools, tables, and other facilities
These repairs and cleaning costs can be very high. It would not be fair to charge the same high rate to every guest, especially when many only use the unit for resting or sleeping without hosting events.
That’s why we have a separate event fee, guard service fee, and refundable deposit – to cover the extra costs and to ensure fairness for all our guests.
We hope you understand the reason behind these rules. With your cooperation, we can keep our homestay comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
Swimming Pool Information
Our private pool is 12ft (L) x 6ft (W) x 4ft (D) and features a rectangular shape. It can comfortably accommodate 4–5 people at a time.
The pool is suitable for both adults and children. However, for safety reasons, we require all children to use floatation tubes at all times. Adult supervision is highly recommended whenever children are in or around the pool.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
BBQ
Hi!
BBQ gatherings are permitted at our homestay with an event charge of RM300, which covers additional cleaning and maintenance. Guests must bring their own BBQ pit for hygiene reasons.
BBQ setup is strictly allowed only at the car porch or rooftop area. Guests are fully responsible for cleaning after use, including disposal of food waste, charcoal, and used items. Failure to clean properly may result in additional cleaning charges.
