This brand new spacious and modern condo is the perfect place for big families or group of friends to have a great vacation time. There are so many things to do nearby; snorkeling, hiking, jet ski, rivers, kayaking, ziplining, and horse riding. San Juan airport, Condado and Old San Juan are just 30-40 minutes away.

The space
This modern and impeccable apartment is located in one of the most beautiful coastal neighborhoods called Las Picuas in Rio Grande. Hillside Village complex was constructed only 12 years ago, and enjoy a modern exterior and interior designs with open floor plans and plenty of windows and natural light. Modern finishes in all areas of the property: kitchen, floors, windows, doors and bathrooms. The apartment is located just one floor up from the parking lot in the Caracol Building (the last and highest building in the complex) where you can enjoy partial ocean views. Ceiling fans and brand new air conditioning in every room with high-end memory foam for comfortable sleeping. TV in every room. Backup battery and water systems in case of emergency. Children's High Chair and Portable crib(Playard).

Guest access
In front of building there are two designated parking spaces with the number B302. The pool, basketball and tennis courts also have free parking and are located near the main gate (to the right side). A clicker to enter the main gate will be provided.

Other things to note
Hillside Village Condominium is located in Las Picuas neighborhood, where you can enjoy multiple beach access within minutes by car, kayak rentals, jet skiing, snorkeling and more. Las Picuas beach is well known for some of the best Kite Surfing spots in Puerto Rico.
