At certain times of the year, bears can and will occasionally visit our neighborhood looking for food. Do not leave any food in your car, on the porch, or outside the house unless in the bear-proof trash bin. Make sure car doors are locked at all times. NEVER APPROACH OR FEED THE BEARS.

The Hillside Haven is located in a small neighborhood with paved roads, so 4-wheel drive is not necessary.

There is parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please respect our neighbors by only parking in the driveway. Street parking is NOT permitted per our HOA.
