✹ Please dispose all trash and food in the heavy-duty critter-proof receptacles outside, or you will attract unwanted furry friends. The trash is picked up as needed.
✹ The cabin is located in the woods, so you will likely see and hear critters of all kinds.
✹ Usage of the hot tub is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
✹ Please note that the property is not easily accessible for people with limited mobility, due to the stairs.
