We’re sharing our home and welcoming guests year-round, whether for an overnight stay, a day use, or a week-long getaway. This stylish and exclusive property is nestled in the suburbs of Parañaque City, conveniently located near S&R and just 30 minutes away from the airport.

The space
It’s a 285 sqm property situated inside a private subdivision, featuring a loft house, kiddie swimming pool, and private parking.

It is approximately 30 minutes from NAIA Airport, Mall of Asia, PITX, LRT, Makati, BGC and Alabang, depending on traffic. It is also conveniently accessible via ride-hailing, private vehicle, or public transportation.

Capacity:
• The house can accommodate up to 20–25 people for a small gathering. However, the regular sleeping capacity is 10–12 persons, extendible to 14 upon request. Please note that guests should manage expectations regarding the sleeping arrangements.

First Floor Layout:
• Master’s Bedroom: 1 pull-out bed that can accommodate up to 4 adults when fully extended
• Common T&B
• Living room: 1 couch + 1 floor mattress
• Dining and kitchen area

Second Floor Layout:
• Loft Bedroom: 3–4 double-size beds, suitable for up to 8 adults
• 1 T&B

• For events, a tent may need to be set up in the parking area for catering and other event requirements. For a comfortable setup, the recommended maximum is 40–50 guests. Please note that vehicle access and event logistics must be planned in compliance with village protocols.

• Parking is strictly within the property and can accommodate up to 4 cars.
