🏊‍♀️The pool fee is 150 per person on regular days and 300 on holidays.
🏊‍♀️Proper swimming attire is required.

🚘Car parking is available at SM Novaliches for 300 pesos per night, or I can arrange parking with another owner.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us! Before you check out, please take a moment to follow these simple steps to help us keep the unit clean and ready for the next guest:

1. 🧹 Clean up before you leave. Please tidy up the space and wash any used dishes.
2. 🗑️ Dispose of all trash. Throw your garbage in the trash room located at the corner of the hallway near the elevator.
3. 💡 Turn off all lights and the air conditioner before leaving. This helps us save energy—thank you!
4. ❄️ Do not unplug the refrigerator. Please leave it plugged in at all times. Also the Wifi.
5. 🚪 Close all bedroom and bathroom doors before you go.
6. 🔒 Make sure all windows and the main door are securely closed and locked.
7. 🪑 Return furniture and items to their original places (if moved during your stay).
8. 📱 Once you’ve checked out, kindly message the host to let us know you’ve left the unit.
