10 minutes outside Superior. Dog-Friendly, ADA 2 bdrm, 2 bath renovated home on 10 wooded acres. Fire pit, patio, grills & trails. Free EV car charging - two, level 2 chargers available (Tesla NACS and a J1772 style). This is a quiet country location with the exception of the occasional train across the road. Hunting, Hiking, 4 Wheeling, Snowmobiling. Deer Stand On-Site. Hunting Allowed.

The space
One level home with no stairs and vinyl laminate flooring for easy clean up. Master bedroom with TV, private full bath, and laundry. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Second bathroom is a brand new 3/4 bath with a nice tile shower and glass doors. Brand new kitchen with Quartz countertops, new appliances, disposal, dishwasher microwave and a gas stove. Central dining room with a table for 6, living room has a couch, a love seat, and a large flat screen TV. Side entry with lots of room for your gear and to get out of the weather. Fiber optic internet, air conditioning, on demand water heater for long showers. Outside you will find a park-like back yard with trails in the woods, fire pit, patio with furniture, gas and charcoal grill, circle driveway for great access with trailers and tons and tons of parking for campers and trailers if needed. Free EV level 2 charger. (one of them)

Guest access
Entire house. There is a large storage building across the road that is available if needed for indoor storage depending on the season. Additional parking across the road for large vehicle and trailer combos. I also have a boat slip available in Lake Superior for an additional fee.

Other things to note
The trains are a thing and you will hear them while you are here. It is an active track but not super frequent. They are moving 40 MPH and are gone in a minute. The track is across the road, across a field and on the other side of a row of trees.

The TV signal has issues when a train goes by. We have tried better antennas and get the same result. Sreaming TV is not an issue.

Neighborhood highlights

Country setting, Thick woods with trails in the back yard, I hunt in my back yard. This is farm country, but it is close to town. I can see a barn and a hay field out my front window and woods out my back. The home is set back nicely from the road. You have neighbors, but you cant see anyone from the windows or back yard.
