-All Guest must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)

-6 Humans Max

-Private parking for up to 4 vehicles

-Quiet time is 11PM

-This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.

-We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.

-There are bears that live in Tennessee. You may see one during your travels in the Smoky Mountains. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. We want them to remain in nature away from humans and not feeding them helps accomplish that.

-There is a bear proof bin that the trash cans are in located next to the driveway. Please place your trash in the cans, inside the bin.

-The house is on a well. The water is safe to drink but feel free to bring your own if you prefer bottled spring water.

-If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub.

-We can not accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean cabin for you to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests.

-A lot of people have sensitive skin so we ask that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries. We do provide complimentary soaps and conditioners as a starter pack.

- Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, zip locks, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local country store, or the nearby Kroger or Publix.

-At our home, you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional but our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4, 6 or 8 legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times.

-The cabin is on a paved mountain road but it is steep. We recommend 4 wheel drive when traveling in the Great Smoky Mountains.
We are available via the platform app or we're just a text away for any questions you may have. In case of an urgent emergency please call 911.

Neighborhood highlights

Sevierville sits at the gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park — America's most-visited national park, and for good reason. In summer, the mountains are lush green, the waterfalls are full, and the temperatures are 10–15°F cooler than the cities below. You're surrounded by hiking trails, scenic drives, and wildlife, while still being a short drive from every attraction the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg corridor has to offer. It's the rare combination of genuine nature and genuine convenience.
