Private, peaceful stay ,up a lane with fields & tree views.
Immersed in nature by the Callows, natural bird sanctuary, like a retreat away from busy cities but ideal to explore heart of Ireland
Woodland or Hill Walks or visit local towns, Birr, Banagher, Portumna .
Dining room, kitchenette, cosy lounge with inset stove & Tv , 2 bedrooms & shared bathroom.
Extras
Sauna, Hottub, Cold plunge area or Massage to book as extras in advance.

The space
Accommodation is attached to our home but securely separated, you have your own entrance .
Space can accommodate up to 4 people daybed in bedroom 2,
Double bed in bedroom 1, both have field & tree views ,very private. House is south facing so 2 big front windows are light and warm on sunny days. You are off the road and welcome to close gates for more privacy.
Extras
You can have your very own private Woodfired Spa, there is a sauna ,hot tub and cold plunge area or another hot tub, by your entrance and yours all evening under the stars .All extra cost by arrangement.
Coffee, Tea area and all plates, descaling jug ,bowls etc
Airfryer, microwave oven, slow cooker,2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, grill, fridge in kitchenette

Guest access
Wake up to birds dawn chorus,front garden has a grass path amongst willows for you.The back garden is our private space and our barn etc.We have 1 dog and dogrun & 2 black eldery cats .
If you bring a dog you will have to keep it off the furniture please and clean up after it,lead is required,until dogs meet and get on.😊
We also have a Woodfired spa, Hottub sauna & cold plunge and outside shower in our organic Gardens. These all cost extra so booking separately to avoid disappointment is advised .

Other things to note
Your stay could be very relaxing with Holistic treatments and relaxing in a hottub under the stars,swimming in nearby Lough Derg. Retreat Packages available .

Children welcome,toys can be supplied and spacious apartment and gardens
also Tearaway Pet farm & Birr Castle just down the road
Peaceful surroundings and 10 mins drive from bustling towns, Birr, Banagher ,Portumna, Borrisokane.
Places in the area Cloughjordan , Gloster House, Birr Castle & Gardens, Kinnitty castle, Slieve Bloom Mountains, Lough Boora, Esker Hills Golf Club | Birr & Tullamore, Portumna & Roscrea, Shannon and Lough derg. Our home is in the middle of the Hidden Heartlands of Ireland.
