Memories are made here; from its secluded wooded setting, proximity to Lake Michigan beach (1/2 mile easy walk) and downtown South Haven (3.5 mile drive) to the large pool, outdoor lounge and decks, to the firepit tucked up against the woods. But don't overlook the indoor space, with floor to ceiling windows for miles, patios off every bedroom, and room for everyone to enjoy the beautiful space.

➢4 bedrooms total (2 - king, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 2 narrow twin bunks)
➢ Lux primary suite with spa bath and sitting area
➢ Overflow sleep area in hallway (not private) with 2 bunkbed

Every bedroom has a patio/deck with access to the outdoors. Galley kitchen.

Main area of the home is ranch, including 3 bedrooms and one of the3 bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. There are (2) steps up to the laundry area and second full bath and an additional 4 steps up to the primary suite.

Guest access
Guests are renting the entire home, which is set up for sharing. There are (2) locked closets that are not accessible to guests. The pole barn is currently locked off as well.

Other things to note
Internet is satellite - enough to stay connected not immersed. I've run Zoom calls (w a bit of lag). A cell signal booster has been installed as well. We are truly in the woods, so expect bugs, wildlife, etc. Pool is open Memorial Day through Sept 15, depending on weather; heated to between 78 and 80 degrees. Pool is serviced every week while open and will not be available for a couple of hours during that time. There are (2) exterior active security cameras monitoring the driveway and entry door; this protects our home when not in use and is also used to confirm that no parties or events are occurring at the property. Your booking includes $10,000 of damage protection purchased independently. Any thing breaks or gets damaged - you are covered up to $10K

I love vacations, and I love helping others enjoy their vacations as well! We bought our first vacation home right before the pandemic and it was such a blessing to have a spot to go with our boys for stretches at a time, but we always knew we'd rent it out because life is busy with kids and extracurriculars and jobs and having it sit empty seemed silly. We had some much fun with that we bought a second in another location we love - this one bought with a friend, and now I also work with others to help them rent out their vacation homes when they aren't able to be using them! It's a win win for everyone, and its terrific lifestyle for my boys and I. I want my guests to enjoy their vacations worry free and have a great time, whatever brings them to the area.
