Enjoy a nice, clean, furnished, highly rated vacation rental duplex tucked away on a beautiful 3-acre wooded lot, with a fire pit (wood provided!), ZIP LINE, covered picnic tables, small playground, and room to play!

50" Smart TV, High-speed WiFi, coffee maker, 2 bedrooms, and a cute layout tucked away in the woods will ensure your stay in East Tennessee is peaceful. The scenic Watauga River is only a half-mile walk or 1-minute drive making it a fisherman’s paradise!

The space
Walk in from the patio into the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining table at the back of the cottage. There is a full bathroom and a linen closet with towels for your group. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room sofa also folds down into a futon for more sleeping space if needed. Extra blankets also provided! The living room has a 50" Smart TV connected to the WiFi to access all of your favorite streaming apps.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, knives, a traditional coffee maker, etc...

Outside the cottage is our 2+ acre common area with a fire pit, a zip line, covered picnic tables, children's swings, a small slide, and a couple of trails that weave through the property. In the summer enjoy wild berries!

Take a left out of the property to visit the beautiful Watauga River, famous for it's trophy trout sections.

*Note: There is a laundry room that has shared access with one other unit with a locked door on both sides.
