Newly updated and furnished. Step inside our charming abode located in the heart of LA. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an abundance of natural light, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The open kitchen design, vintage wood casement windows, and newly installed toilet with bidet add a touch of luxury. The space
There is a living room that opens to the dining room and open kitchen. Going right in the hallway takes you to the master en-suite bedroom. Going straight across the hallway takes you into 2nd bedroom, then through the next set of doors, the jack and Jill bathroom, exiting to a small hallway, finally the third bedroom. The laundry area is off of the kitchen and has single toilet with a bidet. The dining area has french doors that open to the backyard.

The front and backyard are private to you unit. There is a walkway to the garage that is a shared space with the Triplex next door.

Other things to note
This is a single family home on the same lot as a Tri-Plex. There's one shared area used to access the garage space. The rest of the front yard and backyard are not shared and for the single family home only. Garage space fits cars under 190” long and 72" tall.
