Welcome to The Lodge on Hickory Point—your cozy lakefront escape tucked along beautiful spring-fed Lake Wapogasset. The home features a flat, grassy backyard that leads directly to the water, making it perfect for families with little ones or anyone craving convenient lake access. Inside, enjoy recent updates to the kitchen and main-level bathroom, plus comfortable sleeping for up to 8 guests. From lazy days on the pontoon (available for rent) to evenings around the fire pit, this is where memories are made.

Guests have full, private access to the home, yard, and lakeshore. Self check-in is available via smart lock. There are a few locked spaces where cleaning supplies or maintenance items are kept. Garage is included in the rental.

•The shoreline is swimmable and shallow but natural, with a sandy base that includes some lake weeds and rocks—water shoes may be a good idea for young kids.
•The home includes flights of stairs, depending on which area of the home you're looking to access as there is a main level, an upper level, and a lower level. The main level can be accessed with only 2 stairs from the deck or garage entrance.
•Pontoon rental is available—please reach out for current availability and pricing.
•The docks are removed around the beginning of October to sometime in May--depending on weather and availability. They are placed on the shore of the property during the winter months.
