Welcome to Hilton Head Resort. You get total privacy in this 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit and free access to all the amenities in this beach front resort. Open kitchen / living room with large dining table for eating and game time. Full Kitchen with granite counter tops, pots, pans, blender, and spices. Bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV with cable and Free Internet. We provide linens and towels for your stay plus there is an in-unit Washer/Dryer.

The space
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful South Carolina morning sky. There are many great restaurants, however you can create great meals in the full Kitchen with granite counter tops, pots, pans, blender, and spices. Each of the bedrooms and living room has a flat screen TV with cable and Free Internet. Enjoy the wall of DVD’s with some of your favorite movies and TV’s have Netflix/Internet access. We provide linens and towels for you stay. The unit has an in-unit Washer/Dryer and all the comforts of home. There is a folding crib in one of the closets.

For the beach we provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, assorted beach toys, beach towels and a cooler. Walk the boardwalk over the marsh to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Coco's Restaurant is located at the end of the boardwalk. Just bring your swimsuit, enjoy the beach, have a great beach burger and adult beverage at Coco’s and later enjoy the indoor hot tub and heated pool in building 3. Building one has a large pool with a pool bar, deli and small store.

Other things to note
There is a Whole Foods and Kroger Grocery Store with in a mile of the resort.
