Highlights: Brand new queen sofa bed with gel mattress. Bright, colorful & clean Condo offering many new furnishings and decor items with everything one would need for a great stay.

Ceiling Fans in living room and bedroom - Fridge that looks like it was never used. Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave....everything you will need for a comfortable stay in the Kitchen

55" Insignia TV in Living Room and 43" in Bedroom (both are Smart).
COFFEE: a Keurig & Drip Maker all-in-one
All of the utensils and items that you could need for a comfortable stay at the Beach. Toaster, Mini-Blender, Mixer, Pots & Pans and so much more.

Bunk Beds in hallway. Not recommended for children over 12.

Beach Gear: 2 Beach Chairs

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag for the Couch Sleeper Sofa (located in Bedroom Closet). Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers are down on 1st and 2nd floor. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
