After years of traveling and staying in Airbnbs and hotels across different countries, we created the kind of place we would personally love to come home to. A clean, stylish and comfortable place.

* Can be maximum 5 guests (4 adults + 1 child below 7yrs old)
* No pets allowed
* Use of karaoke is only until 9PM.
* No parties (please respect our neighbors)
* Light cooking only (to avoid triggering the smoke alarm)
* No cleaning fee — we kindly ask guests to clean as they go
* ₱1,000 refundable security deposit required before check-in

⛔️ Security deposit may be forfeited if:
• House rules are not followed
• Visible stains are left behind
• Items/appliances are missing or damaged
‼️ Any damage exceeding the deposit amount will need to be settled accordingly.b
