Located in the heart of the Drôme des Collines, this former farmhouse is a little slice of heaven in the countryside. A perfect setting to enjoy both the calm and nature, but also the cultural and gastronomic heritage of the region, vineyards, Postman Cheval Palace, Albon Golf Course, Peaugres Animal Park, ViaRhôna and many others!

The space
This 80 m² cottage on 2 levels, completely renovated, can accommodate 5-6 people in self-catering. It will enchant you with its layout that combines authenticity and modernity, with its calm and many assets. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a mezzanine with two bunk beds (to be arranged as you wish). Air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. You will have access to a private garden of 450 m² with terrace, with a pond with fish as well as a hen house. The pig is not far away and you can visit it!

On site, many amenities are at your disposal (wood-fired barbecue, games, books, basketball hoop, baby equipment on request, electric kitchen appliances, etc.)

The entrance is shared with the owners (gateway overlooking a large plot with the cottage and the owners' house) but the cottage is completely independent, the terrace and the garden are not overlooked. You can check yourself in using a key box.

Small dogs (non-destructive and able to cohabit with other animals🙂) accepted on request.

Presence of cats, pig, rabbits, chickens, koi carp, chickens and a small dog on site. Remember mosquito sprays!
