The space
*** Booking a stay at Heron’s Crest Retreat constitutes the guests acknowledgement of all house rules and confirmation that the guest has read through the listing in its entirety. ***
~ Each booking request should at minimum state the number of guests, number of pets and their size, and the purpose of their travel to the area.
~ With any booking it is highly recommended that guests purchase the Airbnb available travel insurance for anything unexpected that may arise. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking.
~ Anyone over the age of 16 will need to provide the guard gate with a valid ID, please provide the names of ALL individuals that will be staying in the home who are over the age of 16. Names will be added to the guard gate list accordingly.

~Parking - Four designated parking spaces in our driveway.
~Family Room - Couch, recliner, and smart TV
~Kitchen & Dining Area - Fully stocked for cooking, coffee bar, all appliances, and countertop air fryer oven
~Primary Bedroom (Main Level) - Queen bed with linens, walk in closet, working desk, smart TV
~Primary Bath - Walk in tile shower, towels, essential toiletries (including bath tissue, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, and shower bar)
~Laundry Room - Guest cleaning supplies (vacuum, broom, wet jet, cleaning spray), pack n play (sheets included), baby bath, laundry basket, laundry detergent (no synthetic scents)
~Covered Deck - Outdoor dining table with 6 chairs
~Rec Room (lower level) - Futon sofa (can sleep 2 guests, please see pictures to make sure it is suitable for your needs, works best for the kiddos!) bar with bar stools, pellet ice maker, fridge/freezer, sink, toaster oven, card table and chairs, game cabinet, and a giant beanbag for lazy lake day naps!
~Secondary Bedroom (lower level) - Queen bed with linens, closet, kids bean bag chair, smart tv.
~Secondary Bath (lower level) - Walk in tile shower, towels, essential toiletries (including bath tissue, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, and shower bar)
~Covered Patio (lower level) - Fire table, lounge chairs, smart TV, grill, dining table and 4 chairs

~ Marina and boat ramp - Guests are welcome to bring their own personal watercraft but the security gate will charge you a $50 guest entry fee. There are two parking lots that you can park your vehicle/boat and trailer at, they are 72 hour lots. If your stay is longer than 72 hours , you should move your vehicle to the other lot to avoid a ticket.
~ Fishing Pier - Rods are not provided - Guests must purchase NC fishing license, there is no fishing allowed at the beach only on the boardwalk or pier!
~ Easy access for kayaking, paddleboarding, and boating.
~ Lake Boardwalk to enjoy evening strolls and views of the sunset!
~ Joey's Grill & Tap Restaurant - Eat in or order online for pickup - On-resort restaurant and bar with weekend live music and entertainment.
~ Mike's - Food Truck located just outside of the gate entrance.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one storage closet and the storage building.
