West Anaji is a highly sought-after residential area in Takoradi, known for its peaceful atmosphere and proximity to amenities. You have easy access to Anaji Choice Mart, Shoprite, and Market Circle.

The space
You can have three (3) rooms for yourself, family, or friends. Each room has a ceiling fan, a Samsung Digital Inverter AC unit, and a 55-inch TV with a Multichoice TV subscription. A spacious kitchen, living room, office, and breezy enclosed backyard are available.

Guest access
Three bedrooms, a living area equipped with a 75-inch TV and DSTV subscription, a kitchen, an office to do remote work, and a backyard. There is also a large pavement in the front that allows for parking.

Other things to note
We have a live-in staff member who resides on the property, but in a separate area downstairs, away from the guest areas. She welcomes guests, cleans the common areas every day, and is also available to answer any customer questions.

Additionally, a washing machine is available for use at an extra fee. Please talk to the staff member and make arrangements before use.
