Walking distance from a Convenience Store, Salon, Laundromat and Coffee Shop. Restaurants are just around the corner.
Lovers of culture and picturesque views will also enjoy Hello, Manila! The Cultural Center of the Philippines stands a few minutes away and hosts performances including plays, ballet, musicals, opera, and more. Historical galleries, studios, and exhibits can be found in Intramuros. There is also the famous sunset off Manila Bay to enjoy while walking on the boardwalk.

Hello, Manila! offers self-check-in through the Coast Residences reception desk.
All guests must present valid IDs in exchange for the building's pass. Kids should be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian during the check-in.
Guests will have the access to Floors 39 to 41 (the Penthouse) for a panoramic view of the city and the famous Manila Bay Sunset.
Swimming pools are available (with fee on stays less than 7days) on the 7th Floor. Running Paths, Maditation Garden and Children’s Playground are also on the same floor and are accessible at no extra cost.
Other things to note
Photo ID of all guests in the reservation is mandatory to process the necessary authorization required by the building administration.
Use of swimming pool has a fee of Php150/person/day or Php300/person/day during holidays for reservations less than 7days. Pool coupons can be purchased at the Admin Office of Coast Residences.
Admin Office is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays to cater pool coupon purchases. Our hosts can assist in securing pool coupons.
Advance purchase is recommended for Sundays and Holidays swimming plans.
Pool is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm everyday.
